How does COVSY work?
Import a PDF of your HOA covenants or CC&Rs from the Files app. COVSY reads the document — running OCR on your device when the text isn't selectable — then lets you ask questions in plain language.
Each answer comes back with page-linked citations, so you can tap through and verify the exact wording in the original document.
What are the system requirements?
COVSY runs on iPhone and iPad and is available from the Apple App Store. An Android version is in development.
You'll need an internet connection for AI-powered answers, though OCR and document processing happen locally on your device.
How much does it cost, and how do I cancel?
COVSY is $5.99 per month after a 3-day free trial. Billing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can cancel anytime from Settings on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy — see our Terms of Service for details.
Is my document data private?
OCR and document processing happen locally on your device. When you use cloud AI features, only the relevant excerpts are sent for analysis — never the full document — and that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and isn't stored permanently.
